How the program works
- Apply. Submit your business and proposed improvement details.
- BID review. Staff review the application.
- Contractor quote. An accepted applicant works with a licensed contractor.
- Approval. YIDA, the BID and the merchant review the quote; required permits follow.
- Improvements. YIDA pays the contractor directly; the merchant covers the remaining amount.
