Our story
South Broadway grew from an early route through the region into a commercial connection between Manhattan and Yonkers. Historic landmarks, established businesses and new storefronts continue to shape the corridor.
Our mission
Established in 2002, South Broadway BID is a nonprofit organization supporting the district’s economic vitality and community life.
What the BID does
Our work includes façade improvements, landscaping, street cleaning, lighting, street furniture, district promotion and community events.
Community partnerships
We connect merchants, residents and public and private partners to support a welcoming neighborhood.
